Important arrival notice

Suspect Parvo? Please Call Before Entering

If you suspect your pet has parvo or your pet has tested positive, please call 661-729-1500 before arrival. When you arrive, remain in your vehicle with your pet and call to let us know you are outside. Do not bring your pet into the lobby or building. A technician will come out to your vehicle and provide instructions. We have a separate rear entrance for parvo-positive patients going into isolation. Our team will direct you when and where to enter.

Scheduled Appointments

For routine or scheduled visits, use the online appointment request or call (661) 729-1500. Online messages and appointment forms are not an emergency response channel. Reception, technician, and veterinarian hours differ — early drop-off does not mean a veterinarian is available for an examination. If your pet’s symptoms become urgent before your appointment, call instead of waiting for an online response.
